MCSA: WindowsThis MCSA certification training program will give you the primary set of Windows skills that are relevant across multiple solution areas in a business environment.

Students will learn how to install and customize Windows operating systems and apps, integrate and control access to domains and cloud services, and migrate and synchronize settings across multiple devices. Students will also gain the knowledge and skills you need to support the Windows operating system and solve technical troubleshooting problems in a Windows and Windows Server R2 networking environment.

This course is intended for IT professionals who administer and support Windows PCs, devices, users, and associated network and security resources. The networks with which these professionals typically work are configured as Windows Server domain-based environments with managed access to the Internet and cloud services.

This MCSA certification training is also intended to provide foundation configuration skills for Enterprise Desktop/Device Support Technicians (EDSTs) who provide Tier 2 support to users who run Windows desktops and devices within a Windows domain environment in medium to large enterprise organizations.

This MCSA certification training is also intended for experienced information technology (IT) professionals that remotely manage and maintain Windows® desktops and devices, and desktop support technicians and IT consultants who support small and medium-sized organizations.

Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues pertaining to Windows installation and migration, activation, performance, profiles, settings and device synchronization, local and remote network access, access to applications, access to data and printers, authentication, endpoint security and policy, operating system and data recovery.

Total Hours: 80 clock hours

Time required for completion: 2+ weeks (10 days)
